The group helped to found ACIP - Ardent Castaing Interim Partners LLP - a network of interim and embedded management professionals. Through ACIP we have access to expertise across all business functions both as additional resources and as a sounding board for strategic plans or ideas when a turnaround gets tough.

Turnaround work isn't insolvency and we aren't insolvency practitioners - although we do work with them on occasions. A turnaround project arises when a business recognises that it is in decline and needs to develop and deliver on a plan to change its future.

We provide turnaround support working as part of the team from the day you recognise you need help through to seeing the business back on its feet.
